Refund policy

Because of the risk of export trade, the following is a disclaimer:

  1. If the amount paid at settlement is consistent with the product price, the goods will be shipped free of charge and no additional postage will be required.
  2. Please make sure to check that your address and contact information are correct when placing an order! If the goods cannot be delivered due to this reason, the seller is not responsible for losses!(You can change the mailing address within 3 days after placing the order.)
  3. If the goods are lost during transportation, the seller is not responsible for compensation as they only send out the goods and do not provide transportation services. Therefore, please contact the corresponding postal company according to the express number to handle it by yourself;
  4. If the goods are subject to fees (consumption tax/tariffs/EU additional taxes, etc.) that exceed the original price of the goods due to the policies of the buyer’s country/region, the seller is not responsible and the buyer should bear these costs in order to obtain the goods;
  5. If there is damage to the outer packaging or body of the product due to transportation, the seller will not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact the corresponding postal company for assistance;
  6. If there are obvious product quality problems (not caused by transportation), the buyer can return the goods and exchange them, but needs to bear the postage for return (it is recommended to record an unboxing video).
  7. Buyers can request a refund within 3 days after placing an order, except for customized products;
  8. For customized products,buyer can request a refund within 7 days after placing the order. Except for special cases, shipping to buyer is free, but if you return the item, international return shipping will need to be covered by the buyer.
  9. In case of loss of goods caused by force majeure (war, natural disasters, policy changes, etc.), sellers are not responsible for losses.
